Founding release · by invitation · free for families
A family's memory shouldn't live in one head.
Passports, birthdays, insurance, subscriptions: everyone's dates, in one list your family shares. One forgotten date can cost you a fine or a whole trip. Snap a photo: Expino saves the details, not the document, and reminds the right people before anything runs out.

What a missed date costs
It's never just a date.
These are the everyday dates any family can lose track of, and what can happen when one passes.
- PassportNo visa, no boarding
Many countries won't issue a visa on a passport with less than six months left, and many airlines won't board you. A passport that is still valid today can stop a family trip, with the flights and hotels already paid.
- Residence permitFines that grow every day
An expired permit can bring daily fines, and can hold up travel, a new visa or a job change. That includes family and household staff.
- National IDEverything put on hold
Banks, government services and even your phone line can ask for a valid ID. A late renewal can also mean a fine.
- Car papersFines, and maybe the car
An expired registration or licence can mean a fine or the car being impounded. An expired policy can stop you renewing, and leaves you paying for any accident yourself.
- SubscriptionsPaying for what nobody uses
A yearly plan renews without anyone noticing. Or the one you rely on ends on the day you need it.
- Family eventsThe date nobody remembered
A birthday, an anniversary, a medical appointment. There's no fine for these, and they can hurt the most.
Rules and fines differ by country and can change, so check with your local authority or airline. This is general information, not legal advice.
Never miss an expiry date again.
Expino reminds you 90 days ahead, with time to renew before any of this happens.
How it works
Set it up in one evening. Stop worrying for years.
Snap a photo
Photograph a passport, ID, visa or policy. Expino reads it, you confirm the details, and the photo is discarded unless you choose to keep it.
Add your family
Invite your spouse, parents or siblings with a link. Everyone sees the same list.
Get reminded in time
90, 30, 7 and 1 days before each date and on the day, by email, phone notification or your calendar.

Privacy
Your family's documents stay your family's.
Expino needs the expiry date, not a copy of your passport. So your family decides whether any document is stored at all.
- Save the details, not the documentExpino reads each photo or PDF, saves only the details you confirm, and discards the file. Every new family starts this way.
- Keep a copy only if you want oneTurn it on for your family, or choose for a single document. If you turn it off later, your main admin can delete the copies already stored.
- Only the people you add can see themHousehold members you invite share the list. Personal members see only their own documents.
- Read on our own serversScans are processed by our own software and held only in memory while being read. They are never sent to outside AI services.
- Never sold, never used for advertising or AI trainingYour documents are used for one thing: reminding you.
- Document numbers stay out of your calendarCalendar apps sync to other companies' servers, so we leave the numbers out.

Request an invitation with your name and email. We'll email you a private link to create your family's account. Someone already on Expino can also invite you to their household.
Does Expino keep a copy of my documents?
Not unless you choose to. By default, Expino saves only the details you confirm, such as the document type, number, holder and expiry date. The photo or PDF is discarded once it has been read. You can turn copies on for your family, or for one document, if you want to open them later.
Is Expino free?
Yes. Expino is free for families, with no card needed. No ads. Your family's data is never sold.

Nothing is saved until you check it. Expino fills in only what it is sure of and leaves the rest for you. The expiry date is always filled in, and marked for checking if Expino is in doubt.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, with nothing to install. Expino works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen to receive notifications.
Can my family use it in Arabic?
Yes. Each person chooses English or Arabic, and their reminders arrive in that language.
Can I delete my family's account?
Yes. The main admin can delete it from Settings. Everything is frozen straight away and permanently removed after 30 days, and you can cancel until then. Backups clear within a further 14 days.
